We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here is everything you need to know.
Returns
At Siela, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The original Siela product card must remain attached and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and shipping pouch.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Quality Inspection
All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon arrival.
Returns may be rejected if the item shows signs of use, including but not limited to:
- Perfume or fragrance odors
- Body odors
- Smoke odors
- Makeup stains or marks
- Stains or discoloration
- Washing or cleaning attempts
- Damage caused after delivery
- Removed, damaged, or detached tags
- Removed or damaged product cards
- Missing original packaging or shipping pouch
- Any other indication that the item has been worn, used, washed, or altered
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not pass our quality inspection, Siela reserves the right to reject the return.
In such cases:
- No refund will be issued.
- The item may be returned to the customer.
- Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
- These fees must be paid in full before the item is reshipped.
Items that do not meet our return requirements are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at info@bysiela.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of your return request
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once:
- The returned item has been received
- The item has successfully passed our quality inspection
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bysiela.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Our team will carefully review your request and work towards an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
