We want every IREMSIELA order to feel just right. But if something isn’t, our return process is simple and fair—because your experience matters to us.

CHANGE OF HEART?

If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging and in good condition

This helps us maintain the quality and safety our customers trust us for.

FOR HYGIENE, NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used lashes. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered final sale. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep things safe and sanitary.

IF WE MADE A MISTAKE

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 14 days. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and make sure everything is corrected quickly—either with a replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. You’ll be notified by email when it’s been processed.
