Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or other busy periods.

Siela is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible as orders are processed promptly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bysiela.com.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will carefully review your request and work towards an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Siela due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel from a designated pickup location, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Lost or Delivered Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members
  • Checking around your property
  • Contacting neighbours
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Siela is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
